My name is Alison Gorman and I’m a baker and cook. Having trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and spent several years baking and cooking professionally in Dublin I launched Hawthorn Bakehouse in 2020 after returning to my native Sligo.
We always use gorgeous Belgian chocolate, free range eggs from a local farm, and real Irish butter.
